Ancestral Healing Workshop

The past, present, and future are powerfully intertwined in our genetics. Our ancestors serve as protectors, guides, and benefactors, and provide us with love and care so we can flourish. Aside from their wisdom, unprocessed trauma (war, abuse, slavery, suppression, illnesses, addictions) is also passed down to future generations. We all carry their experiences in our DNA, beliefs, and the lens we see the world through. When we don't work on breaking the cycle we are helping it to be passed down to future generations. When you do the work you unload the burden not only from yourself and your family but also help those who have passed lay in a deeper peace. Once we let go of that burden we gain the opportunity to acknowledge the gifts we have inherited from our lineage.
